OPERATING PRINCİPLE:

Cooked semi product is transferred to crushing roller balls with coupled feeder system to machine. Crushed product in roller balls is sent to Drying & cooling machine from discharge way.

• Parts exposed to steam are manufactured from stainless steel material.
• Feeding flow amount could be adjusted
• Roller balls are moved independently as two separate motors
• Product thickness could be arranged manually, mechanically or hydraulic system with electronically.
• There is a mechanism to dean roller balls.
• It could be controlled by automation system.
